--- title: Go Zero Multifamily Application --- ## **Multifamily Rebate Application** Rebates are for eligible heat pump appliances installed on or after June 13, 2025, and are offered on a first-come, first-served basis when funding is available, for the pilot phase. Search the map for your specific address using the gray magnifying icon in the upper right corner of the map. However, an installer may apply on behalf of an owner or property manager by completing the [Rebate Application PDF](https://gozeromultifamily.com/hubfs/SCAQMD/2025_scaqmd_multifamily_rebate_application.pdf?hsLang=en) and required documents (see #2 below), then submitting to [GOZEROmultifamily@willdan.com](mailto:GOZEROmultifamily@willdan.com). - Each dwelling unit is eligible for one HVAC heat pump and one water heating heat pump, only. - Heat pumps replacing gas or propane furnaces or gas water heaters must be [Energy Star certified](https://www.energystar.gov/productfinder/). This requirement may be modified during the pilot phase if the Energy Star program ends. - Applicant may elect for the rebate to be paid to the Installer by signing the relevant section at the end of this application. 2. **Required Documents** - All items below must be submitted to Willdan using one of the options below: 1.
