Progress Report Upload for Reserved Projects

If your Rebate Reservation request has been approved by Willdan, proof of incremental progress (e.g. a “progress report”) must be provided to Willdan every thirty (30) calendar days to continue to reserve your rebate funding.

Acceptable proof of incremental progress includes, but is not limited to material purchase invoices, building permit information or updates, installer timelines, etc.   Failure to provide adequate proof may, at the discretion of the Willdan, result in the loss of the rebate reservation position.

Once your project installation is complete, a separate Rebate Application and required documents must be submitted to Willdan for review and approval.

Any changes to the scope of the project, such as decreasing the number of units installed, may lower the final rebate amount.
