GO ZERO Multifamily Reservation Application Terms & Conditions
- Submitting a rebate reservation does not guarantee you will receive a rebate. Reservations are recommended but not required.
- For applicants with a rebate reservation, once installation is complete, a separate Rebate Application must be submitted to Willdan for review and approval. The qualified appliance must be installed before submitting the Rebate Application. The applicant may choose to assign rebate payment over to their selected Installer.
- Reservation and rebate applications will be reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis while funding is available for eligible space and/or water heating appliances installed on or after June 13, 2025.
- Funding may be made available in additional phases.
- The start and close of reservation or rebate application period for each phase will be announced via South Coast AQMD notice(s).
- Reservation applications submitted after a reservation enrollment period will be denied.
- Rebate Applications submitted after the end of a funding period but prior to the start of a potential future funding period will be denied.
- Applications that were accepted but failed to receive rebates due to a limitation of funding will be notified by South Coast AQMD if/when additional funding is available so that you may reapply.
- For applicants with rebate reservation, proof of incremental progress (e.g. “Progress Reports”) must be provided to Willdan every thirty (30) calendar days to continue to reserve your funding. Failure to provide incremental progress may result in the loss of the rebate reservation.
- Reservations are valid for six months from the date the reservation is placed. If additional time is required to complete an installation, approval from Willdan and South Coast AQMD will be required.
- Rebates issued from this program, in combination with other incentives available, shall not exceed the total project cost. The South Coast AQMD and/or Willdan reserves the right to adjust the GO ZERO rebate for this purpose.
- Upon rebate application submission, installations may be subject to a virtual or on-site inspection at the discretion of South Coast AQMD and/or Willdan. If the installation or installation progress cannot be verified, the reservation will be cancelled.
- South Coast AQMD is not responsible for any taxes, fees, or tariffs that may be imposed as a result of the purchase/ installation of appliances.
- Neither Willdan nor South Coast AQMD make any representations or warranties relating to the appliances referenced in this program, including but not limited to any hazardous substances that may be contained in the appliance, the quality or longevity of the appliance.
- Applicant waives and releases Willdan and South Coast AQMD and any or all contractors or agents from any and all claims and causes of action arising out of the installation and use of appliances pursuant to the GO ZERO Incentive Program.
- Willdan offers rebate payments in the form of a mailed check or Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). Checks will expire 90 days from the date issued, after which a stop payment may be issued. Funding from South Coast AQMD may not be available after the 90-day period, and Willdan may not be able to re-issue payment.
- Rebate payments issued may be subject to state/federal income tax and are the responsibility of the Rebate applicant.
- Reservation applications must be complete pursuant to the instructions listed on the application and are subject to verification and review for accuracy, including any additionally required documentation and/or inspections.
Multifamily Rebate Application - Terms & Conditions
- Funding is limited and submitting a rebate application does not guarantee you will receive a rebate. - Applications submitted after the end of a phase but prior to the start of a potential future phase will be denied.
- Applications received prior to the close of rebate offer period, but had no rebate issued due to a limitation of funding will be notified by SCAQMD if/when additional funding is available so that you may reapply.
- Rebate amounts and general funding budget amounts are subject to change without notice.
- A rebate issued from this program, in combination with other incentives available, shall not exceed the total project cost. The South Coast AQMD and/or Willdan reserves the right to adjust the GO ZERO rebate for this purpose.
